I had a mixed experience at the Knight Armour Hotel in Dubai. The staff were super supportive and helpful, which made my stay a bit better, but the hotel itself left much to be desired. The building is an old renovated spot, and the state of the bathrooms and room cleanliness weren't up to par. Overall, the service shines, but the facilities need serious improvement.
